1) Introduction

By using DamyxIA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Who we are

DamyxIA is an AI SaaS platform operated from New York, United States. Contact: manager@damyxia.com.

3) Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use DamyxIA.

4) User account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

5) User content

Images, files and data uploaded or generated by the user belong to the user. DamyxIA does not claim rights over them.

6) Permitted use

You agree not to use DamyxIA for illegal, harmful, fraudulent or rights-violating activities.

7) Technical limitations

The service may experience interruptions, usage limits and scheduled maintenance.

8) Free and Premium plans

The Free plan has usage limits. The Premium plan offers expanded capabilities. Details are shown on the pricing page.

9) Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

10) Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed. Stripe does not process automatic refunds.

11) Pro Inpainting

Pro Inpainting is always paid. Premium includes 15 Pro images/month. Additional images cost $0.07.

12) Trash and recovery

Deleted items are retained for 30 days. Free: $0.50 per item or $3 for 7-day unlimited access. Premium: full access at no cost.

13) Intellectual property

The code, design and brand of DamyxIA are the exclusive property of its owner.

14) Limitation of liability

DamyxIA does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated results. Use is at your own risk.

15) Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

16) Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
